Field Trip – First Wednesday: Hammonasset Beach State Park, Madison – Steve Mayo

Hammonasset is one of Connecticut’s birdiest locations, with specialties to be found in any month of the year. We’ll check for ducks and loons, gulls and terns, migrating shorebirds and waders, raptors, and a variety of passerine species at several locations in the park.

Meet at the Meigs Point Nature Center parking lot.
