Field Trip – White Memorial Little Pond Boardwalk Trail, Litchfield – Celeste Echlin
The White Memorial Little Pond Boardwalk Trail is an elevated, 1.2-mile loop trail located within the 4,000-acre White Memorial Conservation Center, an Important Bird Area. The trail crosses the Bantam River twice and proceeds through wetlands with waterfowl and various resident and migratory passerines. We will also explore several wooded areas with trails nearby.
