Field Trip – REGISTRATION REQUIRED! Country Club of Woodbridge Property, Woodbridge – Chris Loscalzo

UPDATE 10/16/26: Registration was closed, but there are now two openings due to last minute cancellations. If you are interested in attending, please email DeWitt Allen at dewitta@newhavenbirdclub.org to see if there is space!

Join Chris Loscalzo for a walk on this former golf course (now a valued open space as the fairways have transformed into weedy and brushy fields) as he looks for sparrows and other late fall migrants. The walk will be preceded on Friday, October 16th by a presentation on sparrow identification via Zoom when Chris will review the ID of all 27 species of sparrow that have been seen in CT; see notice under Indoor Meetings.

Meet at the gravel parking lot on Johnson Road, immediately southeast of the intersection of Johnson Road and Ansonia Road in Woodbridge.

Leader: Chris Loscalzo, 203-214-3473 or closcalz@optonline.net
