Update Membership Information Online

Use this form if need to update your membership information if your name, address, email, phone number or other information has changed.

Please fill out the information below, which will be emailed to the membership chair. You will also receive a copy at your email address.


    Name and email address are required, otherwise, enter only the information you need to update.

    Please indicate whether or not you want your phone number and/or email address printed in the yearbook. The membership chair needs an email and phone number to contact you if there are any issues adding your membership. You will receive an email to join the distribution list for newsletters and update messages.

    If there is an additional person on the membership and s/he wants to get email messages please add their email address below. The Additional Email will not be printed in the yearbook.


    A note about emails and phones:

    Only the first email will appear in the yearbook. All emails will receive newsletters and notification of upcoming events. You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email. The New Haven Bird Club does not release its membership list or email addresses to other organizations.

    The email address and phone number you enter will be shown in the yearbook unless you advise us otherwise. You may use a mobile or landline number, whichever you prefer.
