Field Trip – Barn Island Wildlife Management Area, Stonington – Carolyn Cimino

commuter lot rt 95 at exit 57 Guilford Commuter Lot, 1691-1749 Boston Post Rd, Guilford, CT 06437, Guilford

This will be our 15th annual trip to this excellent birding spot. We’ll meet at the commuter lot at Exit 57 off I-95 and carpool to Barn Island. The area consists of large expanses of salt marsh, tidal pools, wetlands, woodlands, and open fields.
