Part 1: Register yourself and any companions, specify names for name tags, and add optional food allergies.
Part 2: Provide payment either using a credit card or PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using a credit card.

    1.a. Enter your name and email address to register:

    1.b. Provide Name Tag information: Enter your name as it should appear on your name tag. If you are registering for more than one attendee, enter your own name first, and then the names of your companions. (required)

    1.c. Food Allergies: Please indicate any food allergies or preferences so we can communicate that to the chef.

    1.d. Click the SEND button. You will see an immediate acknowledgment on this page with further instructions for Part Two, Payment. You also will receive an email from NHBC with a copy of the above information.

    Part 2: Payment (only access this section after clicking SEND above)

    Payment for each meal is $45.00 per person. If you have any questions, send an email to NHBC.banquet@gmail.com.
